Press-fit fixtures are specialized fixtures used in electronics manufacturing to provide alignment and support to the circuit boards while inserting press fit connectors. Without a well-designed press fixture, the PCBs and/or the connectors can be damaged due to the insertion force necessary to press the connectors into the PCBs.
